Individual orders can be placed on the store but if possible please order as a team. If ordering Sportswear individually online, please ensure you add your team number and coach last name, e.g. U16A - CORDEIRO in the Comments Box on the order.
Please bring shoulder pads as well as shinpads to try on jerseys and socks. Players wanting pant shells should also bring their hockey pants.
Hats & toques will be available at a later date directly from Applewood.
Team Managers:
All items can be ordered in bulk by the team manager so that one invoice fis billed to the team. The forms have drop down menus and should be emailed directly to Brad Hall.
The Hockey Jersey, Socks & Shell order form as well as the Practice Jersey forms have been emailed to you directly.
